FACILITATE.
I specialise in facilitating both group and individual movement-based practices aimed at promoting well-being, fostering creativity, and cultivating connections through shared moments
Movement Dance Class
Since 2020, I have been leading movement classes tailored for individuals aged 55 and over. These classes draw inspiration from Contemporary dance and encompass a variety of exercises designed to strengthen the body, enhance mobility, and improve coordination—all while grooving to the rhythm of our favorite tunes. Additionally, participants can expect creative elements and guided improvisation practices, allowing them to delve into their own dance of joy.
Classes are entirely accessible, offering options for participants to engage while seated, standing, or a combination of both!
Aguahara
Aguahara is an aquatic bodywork technique developed by Alex Sieberstein, offering a unique exploration of water. In each session, individuals are supported, held, and guided in a fluid dance of meditative movement, experiencing the nurturing qualities of the water.
Every Aguahara session is a distinctive journey, allowing participants to discover a profound connection with themselves, the world, and the transformative power of water. This practice culminates in a dance of harmony and surrender, fostering physical and energetic balance, reducing stress, soothing pain, and promoting relaxation, while also opening the heart and soul.
Rest assured, I am certified in water safety (Brevet Pool Plus).
